It’s All For You
In therapy, you can expect a safe, confidential space to explore thoughts and feelings, gaining clarity on your challenges. The environment supports personal growth through tailored, research-based practices. With 15 years as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I assist clients in managing emotions, developing coping strategies, and achieving goals. Therapy enhances well-being, improves relationships, and fosters self-awareness. It promotes communication skills and resilience, leading to stronger relationships through understanding and empathy. Ultimately, seeking therapy can result in a more balanced, purposeful life.
Priorities Matter
Your Values
Personal values are the beliefs that matter to you. They guide your actions and words. When your life doesn’t match your values, you may feel upset or lost. I can help you understand and live by your values to make choices and find your direction.
Your Energy
Your energy is essential but limited. Strong feelings like worry, anger, sadness, loneliness, and grief drain your energy and can cause physical discomfort and sickness if they last too long. I can help you heal your emotional pain and recharge your energy.
Your People
To improve relationships, whether by creating stronger connections or setting healthy boundaries, start with clear intentions. I can help you care about others while also taking care of yourself.
The Therapist
Stacy was raised in a bi-cultural, blended family in Texas, where she was surrounded by many ‘helpers’ who contributed to her upbringing. She graduated with a master’s degree from the Smith College School for Social Work located in Massachusetts in 2008. Today, she is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in multiple states and has been practicing therapy for over 15 years. Stacy thoroughly enjoys spending time in the wilderness, and she finds her greatest sense of peace and relaxation while cuddling her beloved, bulgy-eyed chihuahua rescue named Taco.
